Emerging saxophonist Yorel Romans debuts his single “It’s Love,” a captivating fusion of jazz, R&B, and soulful melodies. Under Grammy-winning producer Leroy Romans' guidance, the track highlights Yorel’s artistry, emotional depth, and genre-defying versatility.
Drawing from a rich musical lineage and years of performance experience, Yorel brings an authentic voice to today’s modern jazz scene. His mastery of the saxophone, paired with heartfelt vocals and vibrant arrangements, creates a song that resonates across genres and generations.
“It’s Love” is really about that universal feeling — not just romantic love, but the connection we all search for in our lives, says Yorel. The song came from a very honest place, and I wanted to create something that people could feel — whether they’re driving, relaxing, or going through their own experiences.
The track was recorded and produced at the newly relocated Meridian Gates Studios in downtown Miami, fully tuned in 432 Hz, a frequency known for its calming and healing qualities. This signature approach, championed by Leroy Romans, adds a subtle layer of depth and serenity to Yorel’s performance, setting “It’s Love” apart from the typical mainstream sound.
With this release, Yorel Romans steps forward as both a standout instrumentalist and an emerging voice in today’s new wave of genre-bending musicians. Backed by a team of world-class musicians and mentors, his journey is only just beginning.
